01
The agreement
This is an agreement between you and SIA "RIZZ GROUP", a Sabiedrība ar ierobežotu atbildību (SIA), a limited liability company under the laws of Latvia, registration number 40203589324, entered in the Commercial Register (Komercreģistrs) of the Republic of Latvia on 18 September 2024, VAT number LV40203589324, registered at Strēlnieku iela 1A-7, Rīga, LV-1010, Latvia. Our privacy policy and refund policy form part of it.
02
Language of the agreement
This page is published in English, Russian and Latvian. The English version is the authoritative and governing version, the Russian and Latvian versions are provided for convenience only, and in case of any conflict the English version prevails.
03
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to hold an account. If you buy on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that company, and the company is bound by these terms.
04
Accounts and security
- Give accurate details and keep them current.
- Your account is personal. Do not share credentials or seats with anyone outside your paid team plan.
- You are responsible for activity under your account until you tell us it is compromised.
- We may suspend an account that shows credential sharing, scraping or automated access.
05
What the service is
- Courses and lectures: recorded and live sessions, briefs, workbooks and build materials.
- Community: free and paid rooms where the studio shares prompts, workflows and sessions.
- Marketplace: one off digital products such as prompt packs, workflows and templates.
- Certificates: issued when you complete the required work and assessment.
- Placement: introductions to real projects and companies for graduates we consider ready.
We improve the curriculum continuously, so lecture order, faculty and materials can change. We will not materially reduce what a paid plan includes during a paid period.
06
Payment, subscriptions and taxes
- Prices are shown in euro and, for consumers in the EU, include VAT where applicable. Business buyers may be charged under the reverse charge rule with a valid VAT number.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
- You can cancel at any time from your account. Access continues to the end of the paid period.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days notice before the change applies to your next renewal. Continued use after that date means you accept the new price.
- Failed payments may lead to suspension of access until payment succeeds.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Their terms apply to the payment itself.
- Where you pay by SEPA direct debit, our SEPA creditor identifier is LV26ZZZ40203589324.
Refunds and the EU right of withdrawal are covered in the refund policy.
07
Acceptable use
- Do not copy, record, resell, sublicense or publish our lectures or materials.
- Do not use the service to build a competing course or training product.
- Do not scrape, reverse engineer, or bypass access controls and paywalls.
- Do not upload unlawful, hateful, infringing or deceptive material to the community.
- Do not use outputs created in class to impersonate real people or brands without permission.
08
Intellectual property and licence
All lectures, materials, templates, the Harness modules, prompts, brand assets and site content belong to us or our licensors. When you pay for access, we grant you a personal, non transferable, non exclusive, revocable licence to use the materials for your own learning and your own commercial work.
You may not redistribute, share, resell or publish the materials, in whole or in part, and you may not use them to train a model or to run training for third parties without our written permission.
09
Your content
You keep ownership of the work you upload or submit. You grant us a licence to host, display and process it so we can run the service, review your work and issue certificates. If we want to feature your work publicly, we ask you first.
10
Certificates and placement
A RIZZ UPSKILL certificate records that you completed a programme and passed its assessment. It is not an accredited academic degree, and neither the certificate nor the placement service is a promise, guarantee or offer of employment, income, contracts or any particular result. Placement depends on your work, availability and demand from partner companies.
11
Third party services
Our lectures reference third party AI tools and platforms. Those tools are governed by their own terms and pricing, they can change or disappear, and we are not responsible for them. You are responsible for the licences and rights of anything you produce with them.
12
Disclaimers
The service is provided as it is and as available. We do not warrant uninterrupted access, that any lecture fits a specific purpose, or that any commercial outcome will follow from the training. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as an EU consumer.
13
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event that caused the claim. We are not liable for lost profit, lost data, lost opportunity or indirect damage. We do not exclude liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury, or anything else that cannot be excluded by law.
14
Termination
You can close your account at any time. We can suspend or end access if you breach these terms, if payment fails, or if we must do so by law. Where a breach is minor and fixable, we tell you first. On termination your licence to the materials ends, and refunds follow the refund policy.
15
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia, and the courts of Latvia have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence and may bring a claim there. To raise a dispute, write to support@rizzgroup.org first and we will work it through with you. As a consumer you may also contact your national consumer protection authority, and in Latvia the Consumer Rights Protection Centre (PTAC).
16
Changes and contact
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced by email or in the app at least 30 days before they apply. Questions go to support@rizzgroup.org, privacy and data requests to privacy@rizzgroup.org.
